Payment - Q & A

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. 20% deposits are required for all non-local jobs upon booking - These details will be sent to you

upon booking.
The remainder of the amount is strictly due upon job completion unless arranged

otherwise prior. Young Fella's Removalist reserve the right to add late fee's where payment terms and conditions have not been abided by.

 

Q. When is the remainder due?
A. Remaining payment is due upon completion unless discussed otherwise. 
Young Fella's Removalist reserve the right to apply late fee's in accordance to our terms and conditions as required. 

 

*This also applies to commercial clients. 

 

Q. Can a 3rd Party pay for my move?

A. Yes, however all moves being paid for via a third party must be paid prior to the job arrival date unless arranged  otherwise.

For Local Jobs - The minimum amount is required. (minimum of 4 hrs + diesel)

For Non-local Jobs - Entire amount is required.

Q. What are your payment methods?
A. Payments can be made via CASH, Bank Transfer, EFT for debit or credit card (1.15% surcharge)
We also accept BPay, Paypal, Zippay or Afterpay Plus Cards.
